The Flare Collection by BOMMA pays homage to the phenomenon of light itself, drawing on traditional glassmaking techniques to create a family of crystal rod lights with a magical, spiralling interior structure.
Designed by Kateřina Handlová, each rod is manually pulled by hand — a process where molten glass is covered in small glass shards, dipped back in molten crystal, and stretched to length, creating a unique swirl of light within every piece.
Available in three shapes which allow the rods to be infinitely combined to create custom installations of any scale.
From minimalist singular compositions to monumental expansive fixtures, the collection suits vertical installations in stairwells as readily as horizontal arrangements in low-ceilinged interiors, office buildings, and hotel lobbies.
