I started LightCo at the end of 2006 with a passion and inspiration to build a honest, design centric business.
Real products, human brands and a knowledge that one day I would build a space to be truly proud of.
The journey has been slow but steady with each year new milestones achieved, clients becoming friends and the best part is watching the team grow both in size and passion. I could not be prouder of myself or those around me who have been the key to where and who we are today.
Fast forward to 2020, when we are faced with yet another challenge, this one is the human challenge …
We will look back on this time in the history books, and I truly hope that we can look back at it with pride !
That people took care of each other and the planet, that we learnt the lessons and grew from them, that we became better!

The Team
Collectively our team has more than 65 years experience within the lighting and design industry. With a range of technical, architectural, graphical and industrial design specialities, the team as a collective is extremely well balanced and tuned into each others needs to be able to assist and help develop one another’s skills regularly.
As our team continues to grow and evolve, a non-negotiable aspect of considering new applicants is to ensure the culture and comradery of the team remains and that anyone who joins will be a participant and not a spectator.
We are a group of amazing people, diverse in cultures, nationalities and religions but first and foremost a group of caring, considerate and simply beautiful humans !

The Space
Our HQ is located in the heart of the design precinct in Alexandria NSW has been carefully and considerately curated to provide our visitors with an inspiration space to get a sense of the various brands, styles, products and quality standards which LightCo represent. The space is home to our sales and marketing team who are fortunately based amongst the beautiful pieces on display.
The interiors has been carefully designed to consider the ever evolving nature of our space. All internal walls are mobile and easily moved to reconfigure the environment and movement. All products can be easily turned off and on to allow our visitors an additional experience of appreciating the designs without the product illuminated.
