From nature to light: Aromas Del Campo

Aromas (also known as Aromas del Campo) was established in Valencia, Spain in 1986 as a small company that specialised in aromatic products and small glass table lamps. Since then, Aromas have become one of Spain’s most recognised and beloved lighting companies.

Introducing the latest addition to our selection of premium designer brands: Aromas.

Their products are created using innovative technology, resulting in highly functional, affordable and timeless pieces. Aromas collections have a distinctive look, as seen with their elegant combination of materials such as marble, wood and ceramic to create an aesthetic that is a diversion of solidity and lightness.

Aromas designs have Mediterranean roots yet are inspired by many styles and cultures that have developed into collections with a global and avant-garde style that is distinctively Aromas. As seen in their compositions, the contrast between materials highlights the finishes, allowing them to be distinct.

Overall, keeping the style minimal and in line with their concept: ‘Behaviours Around Light’. The intention is to recreate intimate sensations within the atmosphere and environments around lighting.

The Dalt Collection, designed by Pepe Fornas is a perfect example of the diversion between solidity and lightness. The combination of spherical shapes are prominent, marble evokes its heaviness while the glossy finishes exude luxury.

Paired with thinner structures, the light shines through the opal glass and floats with its marble counterparts. The result, a contemporary and conceptual collection that extends Aromas’ concept of ‘Behaviours Around Light’.

Using nature as a source of inspiration has resulted in new ideas, lighter colours, lighter lines for Aromas. With the intention to offer a more human, closer and more intimate vision to execute their conceptual collections.
