It seems that the social saying business as usual, will now become business is unusual.
The landscape is changing before our very eyes and business are indeed becoming unpredictable!
This is not the first time in history, nor will it be the last time that standard, regular and consistent practices will be challenged and the way we work and approach our day to day, disrupted. We need to learn from the past, not dwell on the present and embrace the future with an open mind and a positive attitude!
This is certainly a time of change, a time which will test our ability to adapt, to be more agile, to use technology more efficiently and creatively.
Most importantly, our message today is that it is a time to be a good human, a time to care and look after one another, a time to check-in and make sure that those around us are OK.
As we move forward through the unknown, many around us will feel lost, confused, trapped and isolated! You are not alone and if we stay strong and supportive as a collective, we will all come out stronger on the other side!
Our team is all safe and healthy and we have implemented systems that allow us all to work from the comfort and security of our homes.
Our logistics and warehousing partners continue to be vigilant, methodical and maintain a high degree of caution when it comes to the handling and dispatching of goods. We ask that you be patient and understanding of any delays during these unusual times.
If you need anything related or unrelated to the products and services we offer, our team is available first and foremost as humans, to do what we can to assist.
While we are all dispersed and working remotely, we are still able to communicate easily through our standard number (1300 79 55 48), emails or if you would like to see a friendly face, we can set up a face to face Zoom call and say hi.
The team is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Our showroom is understandably closed at this time, but we can assist with a video walkthrough if you wanted to see anything specific within our curated space.
