LightCo was in Melbourne last week, lighting up Design Show Australia with a luminous selection from our beautiful brands.
Measuring just 36m2, our stand displayed 84 light fittings from Aromas, Bert Frank, Il Fanale, J.Adams & Co., Karman, Lighting Republic, Northern and Zafferano. Check out the entire Design Show Australia collection here.
The team worked hard on a design that would electrify Melbourne’s architecture and interior design community. It paid off: LightCo won Best Stand 19-36m2 and the response from Melbournians was glowing.
A big thanks to our collaboration partners, Ducks Nest Furniture who fitted out the stand with their beautifully crafted furniture, and Designers Guild Australia who added premium fabric cushions to complete the look.
Not one to rest on our laurels, LightCo will soon open a stunning Melbourne showroom in the design precinct of Cremorne. This space will be similar to our Alexandria, Sydney, showroom with carefully curated vignettes that let our lights shine.
LightCo’s Stand
The stand was designed by LightCo’s founder and Managing Director Roy Doron. To make a strong impression Roy used vibrant colours, distinct from LightCo’s typical brand colours. Terracotta and Eucalypts are inspired by the Australian landscape and provide a rich canvas for the warm glow of our decorative lights.
